The Nest

Come for what matters to you.

Participate in the way that works for you. Get support that fits.

The Nest is where FREE 2B ME can be experienced in ordinary life, rather than described.

The interest matters because it matters to the person. It is not a reward for compliance or therapy disguised as fun.

People come because there is something worth coming for. Support meets them there.

How it works

Six things that make it what it is

Interest-based

Meaningful interests give people a genuine reason to be there. Not a therapeutic pretext, an actual reason.

Sensory-responsive

Conditions are set up so that participation is more possible, rather than something a person has to overcome first.

More than one way to join in

Watching, being nearby, doing it alongside someone, leading it. All of these are participation.

Real community

Other people, over time. This is the part that cannot be manufactured by a program.

Individual support

The work stays personal. Same space, different goals.

Accountable

The FREE 2B ME Practice, evidence and governance sit underneath it.

What it is not

Same space. Different goals. Individual support.

The Nest is not a rehearsal room for real life. It is one place where real life happens.

There is no requirement to graduate from belonging. Support needs change across a life, and community does not become a failure by continuing.
